Struggle to stick to a goal? Well her are my top 5 tips to ensure you stay on track!
Motivating - your goals need to be something you really want, if your hearts not in it believe me when i say your going to drop that goal so fast. They need to lead you to where you want to be!
Achievable - if you set a goal that is too big it will feel like the end is never in sight and you'll eventually become disheartened. Start with small goals that are stepping stones towards the big goal after all the saying is start small build big!
Planning - plan, plan, plan! I don't know how to stress this one enough, if you plan you will have a clear path set out making it much less likely for you to fail, fall of the plan easy jump back on again where you left off. Planning leads to success!
Measurable - your goals need to be measurable, how do you know you are achieving something if you dont know where you came from? Measures dont need to be numbers either they can be pictures or a change in the way you feel, they can also be your ability to carry out a task. Make sure to take constant notes so you are able to reflect and see how far you have come. Its important to see the small achievements along the journey!
Interesting - Your goals need to be interesting and so does the journey, if you find it boring you arent going to be invested. So switch it up regularly, life is meant to be fun!
